The Open House was a great success! Thanks to everyone who helped to make this event happen. We raised over $1,000 and opened the new FREE GEEK Thrift Store.

On Friday we had our first FREEK BOX Homecoming. All members that have earned FREEK BOXes were invited--and quite a few showed up--to enjoy the free food and to talk about their FREEK BOX experiences. Rev. Phil hosted the FREE GEEK Trivia contest and everyone had a great time.

FREE GEEK delivered and installed a FREEK BOX Internet terminal at the Dignity Village homeless campground, so that villagers can check email and search the web for job info.

FREE GEEK was awarded a $4,500 grant from the Samuel S. Johnson Foundation to help with our Education Program.
