Motherboards

We get a wide variety of desktop PC motherboards in our store. Each one is paired with a processor and if possible, an I/O shield. They are priced at $25 and up. We generally see:

Processors aka CPUs

We carry both Intel and AMD processors. The speed ranges from 2.0 – 3.2 Ghz, although the higher speeds sell faster, and are therefore less common. From time to time we see dual core or core 2 duo processors.

Optical Drives

Currently all of our optical drives are IDE.

Hard Drives

We generally have Desktop IDE Hard Drives 40GB and larger. Occasionally we will get in Sata hard drives, but these are still fairly rare.

Power Supplies

We see most standard ATX Power Supplies in the 300W range and higher. We also try to stock a few of the more proprietary dell type and other power supplies. Not sure what you need? Bring yours in for a match! (Just make sure you know how to hook it back up.)

IDE laptop hard drives come in daily but they sell incredibly fast. Usually they are extremely small, 4 – 20 GB. Sata laptop hard drives are even more uncommon.

Power Adapters

We do have a selection of laptop power adapters. However there are many different shapes and sizes. Please bring your laptop in, that way we can see what size the plug needs to be and make sure of the power it needs. We never see newer Mac laptop power supplies.

Other Laptop Parts

We sell some laptops for parts, as-is. None of these come with a hard drive and many do not come with a power adapter or memory. They are not functioning computers. We cannot assist you in finding the right one to match your computer, so if you are looking for a replacement screen or keyboard be sure you know what you need.
