What is CODE?
The Coalition of Digital Equity (CODE) is a community centered organization that brings together nonprofit organizations, government, independent service providers, community stakeholders and digital equity practitioners on a vision to advance digital equity for the region through advocacy.
Coming Together
Previously known as the Digital Inclusion Network, CODE works in partnerships with Smarts Cities PDX at the City of Portland to execute our region's Digital Equity Action Plan. We are members of the National Digital Inclusion Alliance and CODE structure was built using NDIA’s Digital Inclusion Coalition Guidebook.
