Free Geek, a leading electronics recycling and nonprofit technology refurbisher, seeks an organized and energetic Receiving and Recycling Warehouse Associate to join our team in Portland, Oregon. Position Highlights:
- Competitive Pay: 19.50 Hourly/Union Position
- Full-Time Stability: 40-hour a week standard weekly schedule.
- Work-Life Balance: This position may be Monday-Friday or Tuesday - Saturday 9:30 AM-6:00 PM. Work schedules are published 7 days in advance.

In This Role, You Will:
- Assist customers in unloading electronics and other recyclables, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Sort and categorize recyclable items accurately for proper processing.
- Ask customers for monetary donations with technology drop offs.
- Safely unload and handle e-waste from delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment to support operational goals and sustainability efforts.

Requirements:
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk for extended periods, and lift up to 25-100lbs.
- Equipment Proficiency: Experience with or willingness to learn forklift, pallet jack operation and box truck.
